Coach Kev designed this series for men and women who want to take their training, fitness, and body to the next level. This series is for those who are Intermediated to Advance in strength training but need to level up their skills and nutrition to the next level.

  • 3 Strength Training Sessions Per Week (Small Cohort)

In Personal  & Online Options Offered

In-Person Sessions Times/Location – $249 for 2 Months

  • Tuesday & Thursday 8 PM (50 min Sessions) & Saturday at 12 Noon

Online Option – $199 – for 2 Months

  • Mobile App Access to Workouts (3 Workouts Per Week/w Video Demo)
  • Custom Meal Plan in App

The series starts on 3.3.20 and will run for 8 weeks.
